1. Business Information

  • Jurisdiction: All operations and disputes are governed by the laws of Punjab, India.

 

2. Customer Eligibility

  • Purchases are available only to customers aged 18 years and above.

  • We currently ship and sell products only within India.

 

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST and other government taxes).

  • We may offer pre-orders in addition to in-stock items.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Any typographical, pricing, or availability errors may be corrected at our discretion.

 

4. Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: Razorpay, UPI, and Google Pay.

  • All payments must be completed before order processing (except for Cash on Delivery, if applicable).

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India only.

  • Average processing and delivery time: 5–7 business days.

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

  • Free shipping is available for orders exceeding the minimum value stated on our website.

 

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the product seal is not broken.

  • If the product seal is broken, it becomes non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by Elrapha.

  • Customers may cancel orders before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • All content, images, product descriptions, and branding on this site are the exclusive property of Elrapha/Repligen Life Science.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
