Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Charges

●     Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

●     For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies.

Delivery Timelines

●     Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

●     Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

●     Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or regional restrictions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD across most pin codes in India. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹30 may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link. You can also log into your ELRAPHA account to view real-time updates.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our team will reach out to reschedule. After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled and refunded (for prepaid orders).

Packaging

All products are securely packed in eco-conscious, tamper-proof cartons to preserve product integrity and ensure safe delivery.
